This role is suitable for someone who has strong credit control experience and who is used to handling a large volume of accounts. You will be required to chase debt via telephone, letter and email. Excellent communication skills are vital as extensive liaison is needed with clients. You should be able to get the debt paid within a specific time limit before it gets escalated to legal. Previous experience of working in a large, pressurised environment is desirable as this company is looking for a strong character. You will also need to be focused and determined to be able to receive excellent results. A pleasant attitude and professional manner are essential when communicating with clients.
