3. We offer free legal advice on employment law and recruitment:
We don't 'sell' our advice to you, we give it for free. Either ad hoc advice over the phone, or through newsletters, e-bulletins or seminars (which are all free), we add value to our customers, and provide 'bite size, plain English' information about essential employment legislation.
4. Longer opening hours: 8.15am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday:
Many recruitment companies work 9am-5pm, so if you have a last minute requirement at the end of the day, you're left waiting. We work until 6.30pm each week day to provide that extra support to you, and if we've got an urgent job from you, we'll stay later.
5. Account Management approach:
We appreciate it can be frustrating for you to have several different points of contact in a recruitment firm, that's why we give you a designated Account Manager, supported in a team environment.
6. We don't pay our Consultants on commission:
Our consultants are exactly that: 'consultants', not pushy sales people, so we don't pay them on commission. We pay them a bonus based on customer satisfaction and repeat business, so you can be confident in the credibility of the advice that you'll receive from us.

8. Why do agencies push to visit me, then deliver nothing?
Unlike other recruitment firms, we don't work to visit targets. When we meet our customers, we come to listen and learn, not to talk at you. This means we achieve greater knowledge and understanding, so we can do a better job for you.
9. We pay for Candidate incentives and awards, at no cost to you:
After we've found you the right person, our work doesn't stop there. To ensure that the people we find you are happy, stay with you and stay committed we have developed a number of incentive and award schemes to maximise candidate loyalty. (We pay for this, not you).
10. We are the regional Lead Agent for TEAM:
